Analytical Systems > Continuous Emission Monitoring System |
|
|
|
| Continuous monitoring of various pollutants like
SO2, NOx, CO, HCl, NH3, HF, CO2, etc., are
a necessacity nowadays.
We at Chemtrols can provide an
optimum solution to the measurement from
the various types of monitoring, based on
our vast experience in such systems.

Dilution System
In a dilution extraction system, the sample
extracted and diluted with a zero air in the
dilution probe. Since the dilution happens
at the probe there is no need for a heat
traced sample transportation line.
A very precise Gas Analysers are used
for the measurement of the gases. A typical
system is provided at the right side.

Hot Extraction System
In a hot extraction system, the sample from the
stack or the duct is extracted through a
heated filter. Wherever there are high
dust loads, a blow back arrangement is
provided. Thus extracted sample is transported using a heat traced line
and taken to a sampling system.
The moisture sample is then given
to a multi component analyzer for
measurement.
A typical system is described on
the left side. |

In-situ Instruments
An in-situ Gas analyzer sits directly at the
measurement point on the stack or the duct. Both the Cross
Duct & Probe measurement techniques are available.
These instruments generally operate on UV DOAS
principle or TDLS principle along with GFC technique.
A symbolic representation of an In-situ system is
provided on the right side.
