Analyser System Configuration
Sample System

The sampling system is an integral and key part of a process analyser system and should be designed to obtain a representative sample, transport the sample to the analyser, to condition the sample to accomplish sample stream switching wherever necessary to provide facilities for return and/or disposal of the sample, and to provide calibration facilities, preventive maintenance features and alarm functions.

Sample Conditioning System

All samples require some form of conditioning to make them suitable for the analyser and to assure reliable on-stream operation. The extracted sample begins conditioning at the take-off point, continues through the transport and finishes conditioning at the analyser location prior to entering the analyser. The conditioning is done at the appropriate location in the sample system loop in order to maintain the integrity of the sample.

Process Analyser:

Process Analysers are divided generally into three classes:
- Those required to control / optimize production
- Those required to guarantee product quality and
- Those required to monitor pollution and safety standards
As a system house supplier, Chemtrols offer Process Analysers from whatever source defined to meet exacting requirements: gaas or liquid analysers , process chromatographs and / or mass spectrometers.

Analyser House

In order to achieve high availability and precise measurements. It is common practice to install analyser systems (except fast loop, sample drain and sample recovery) in protection houses.

CHEMTROLS offer two types of analyser houses -
- Cabinet type for individual analyser
- Walk -in type for several analysers.

Special accessories: HVAC, Flame arrestor, Gas Detectors, Calibration tank, Drain tank…etc.
All houses are completely factory piped, tubed wired, analysers installed and tested prior to shipment.
